PLEASE READ, THIS IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & PHONE SERVICES
There is a $40 deposit in order to secure your appointment. (Angel card readings $35)
This will be subtracted from the total price. The deposit is non-refundable regardless of the circumstance.
Refunds do not include the $40 deposit or $35 for Angel card readings.
There are no refunds after readings or services have taken place.
Payment must be received before the reading or service can take place.
All services can be purchased in our shop. You can choose to pay the full price of the service or pay cash or credit when you arrive for your appointment.
If you choose to pay at the time of appointment, the $40 is still required & can be paid in our shop. (See $40 deposit section)

If you bring an extra person with you to your reading there is a $25 charge, per extra person.
Some of our services only allow one person at time.
PLEASE do not cancel day of appointment. It is unfair to the reader & other clients.
We understand that sometimes things happen & you need to cancel. We ask that you be courteous & respectful of our time & give us as much notice as possible.
For office appointments - 48 hrs prior.
For phone/ Skype readings - 24 hrs prior.
Failure to comply with the cancellation guidelines above, the $40 deposit will not be refunded.

All Card Readings - can be done on phone, skype, text or emailed.
Paranormal Consultation - Skype
Purchase in our shop & make appropriate request for delivery.
